By accessing or using Family Orchestrator (the "Service"), including the web application and the Alexa skill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Family Orchestrator is a family coordination platform that helps households manage calendars, chores, meals, shopping lists, and logistics. The Service includes a web application and an Amazon Alexa skill for voice interaction.
You agree not to:
The Family Orchestrator Alexa skill is provided as a convenience for voice-based interaction with your family data. Use of the Alexa skill is also subject to Amazon's Alexa Terms of Use. Voice commands are processed by Amazon and only the interpreted intent is received by our Service.
When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, you authorise us to read your calendar events for display within the Service. You can disconnect at any time via Settings. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party calendar services.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (family names, recipes, shopping lists, etc.). You grant us a licence to store and process this data solely to operate the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@familyorchestrator.com.
